  Ensure all hardware, lumber, or tools are in their original, resalable condition and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Return the items to our main warehouse location or use the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team for smaller parcel returns.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our inventory team inspects the goods for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
