What are your standard shipping and delivery options?
We offer tiered shipping rates based on order weight and destination. For large-scale building materials like lumber and drywall, we provide specialized flatbed delivery services directly to your construction site.
What is your return policy for building materials?
Unused and undamaged stock items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that custom-cut materials, special orders, and opened bags of cement or mortar are non-returnable.
Do you offer bulk discounts for professional contractors?
Yes, we provide competitive volume pricing for licensed contractors and large-scale developers. Please contact our Pro Desk to set up a commercial account and access trade-only pricing.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email, and you can collect your items at our dedicated loading dock.
Are your lumber and wood products sustainably sourced?
GTS Builders Supply is committed to environmental responsibility. We prioritize sourcing lumber from suppliers that follow SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) or FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and GTS Builders Supply gift cards. Approved commercial accounts may also pay via purchase orders and net-30 invoicing.
